Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring website, and interactions with our buttons and links. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 2.4).

2.2 How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and provide a free virtual consultation.
To prepare a preliminary, non-binding treatment estimate and coordinate your visit (appointments, transportation and lodging guidance).
To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and relevant follow-up messages.
To improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising.

2.3 How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate, such as messaging and automation platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta, ManyChat), scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and our clinical team, strictly to deliver the services you request. We use cookies and tracking technologies, including Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta (Facebook) tools, to understand how visitors find and use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting us at contact@diamondental.com or replying "STOP" to our WhatsApp messages.

2.7 Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without parental consent.

3. Terms of Service

3.1 Informational purpose

All content on this website, including prices, savings ranges, before-and-after images, and treatment descriptions, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical or dental advice and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

3.2 Estimates are not final quotes

Any savings figures (including ranges such as "50–70%") and preliminary estimates are illustrative and depend on your specific diagnosis, case complexity, materials, and a comparison to U.S. pricing. A final treatment plan and price can only be confirmed after an in-person clinical evaluation in Cali, Colombia.

3.3 No guarantee of results

Dental and cosmetic outcomes vary from patient to patient. Images and stories shown are real examples shared with consent and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result.

3.4 Travel & coordination

Transportation, lodging, and travel coordination support are offered to help international patients. Specific inclusions are confirmed in your individual plan. You are responsible for your own valid travel documents, flights, and personal arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.5 Free virtual consultation

The 20-minute virtual consultation is provided at no cost and carries no obligation to proceed with treatment.

3.6 Intellectual property

All text, images, videos, and branding on this site are the property of Diamond Dental and may not be copied or reused without permission.

3.7 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Dental is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information.
